Actually on a seafood diet, no pun incoming

Prawns, sea bass, haddock and lots and lots of veg. Special mention has to go to the amazing long shallots, I have recently discovered these and they are the best thing. Simply burn the outside rings to a crisp, peel off that layer and just munch on the insides. Sweet and aromatic.
