Finally managed to ‘chip’ my car the Mines way now. I have replaced my ECU with the Mines VX-Rom and can confirm a very nice transformation. A previously missing urgency has been implemented with a much faster turbo response time. Most notable gears are 1st and 2nd where the cars displays a manic effort to reach 3rd. This has all been achieved, amazingly enough, with lower boost pressure. All that’s needed now is a boost controller to increase boost and we’ll all be happy. Track day at Bedford on 30th so we shall find out soon enough.
