			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A welcome return after such an absence, what better way to start than by awarding a straight 10/10 to Sennheiser, manufacturers of fine headphones and recording equipment. After owning a set of EH2200&#8217;s for a number of years, I was so impressed with the unit that I bought another one for my home. As luck would have it, my work units failed on the right head set. An email to Sennheiser later and my unit was on the way back to them for a free repair. No receipt, no proof, nothing &#8211; and this was after owning the unit 3 years. 2 weeks later, repaired unit is returned back to me &#8211; totally free of charge. However, box is damaged and further inspection reveals a snapped extender off the unit. I send them an email and the next day the reply comes &#8211; send the unit back and they&#8217;ll have a replacement with me by Friday (this was Wednesday). Well, I forget to send the unit but they keep their promise and send me a brand new boxed version Friday morning.<br />
Fantastic customer service, superior products and a loyalty to its fanbase like no other company I&#8217;ve ever dealt with. If you need headphones, Sennheiser are the future!</p>

I recentley contacted both parties with regards to a faulty volume/Fader control on my DT2500 speakers. I had purchased the speakers with a PC package through Mesh plc. Mesh&#8217;s customer service is a lot to be desired so I went straight to Cambridge Soundworks asking if they would be kind enough to replace the controller. They replied within 5 days and asked for my details as they would send a replacement free of charge. Within 14 days I received my new volume control and all is working fine. Creative labs were also quick to reply asking me to contact Cambridge Soundworks. I feel they both deserve mentions and commending for a quick and friendly response to my problem.</p>

They&#8217;re open             24 hours, and have done silly things for me like arranged car loans             at 3am while I lived in California and 3am UK time was a good time for             me to call from where I was. They&#8217;ve offered (without me having to ask)             to call me back when I&#8217;ve called them from abroad, in order to save             me the cost of a call. They have coped admirably with my sometimes slightly             bizarre banking needs, and gave us a competetive mortgage too. Much             better than the useless bunch at Barclays I used to be with, who didn&#8217;t             want to know about anything.</p>

Superb facilities             &#038; friendly staff &#8211; and a reception that is actually staffed with             live humans who greet you at the door and make sure you are looked after!             Had to wait 12 months for the car (3 series convertible), but regular             phonecalls to update me of progress, and frequent invitations to the             dealership to look at paintwork &#038; interior options (must have changed             my mind 10 times!) made it as stress free as possible. The bar and Playstation             console with Gran Turismo 2 in the corner were used often and they always             had biscuits/drinks &#038; toys on hand for the kids.<em /></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amazing service, totally friendly, even got a bunch of flowers for the             missus and a toy car for the newborn sprog (he was 2 weeks old at the             time). This is for everyone too. Also picked me up at the train station             and drove me to the dealership. Other importers have told stories of             being put up for the night in the dealer&#8217;s house, and the dealer&#8217;s wife             taking the owner&#8217;s wife shopping whilst all the paperwork was done.             I&#8217;ll happily do it again next time. Compare that to the UK scoob dealer             I went to&#8230; Well, let&#8217;s just say I didn&#8217;t buy from them :o)<em /></p>
