A welcome return after such an absence, what better way to start than by awarding a straight 10/10 to Sennheiser, manufacturers of fine headphones and recording equipment. After owning a set of EH2200’s for a number of years, I was so impressed with the unit that I bought another one for my home. As luck would have it, my work units failed on the right head set. An email to Sennheiser later and my unit was on the way back to them for a free repair. No receipt, no proof, nothing – and this was after owning the unit 3 years. 2 weeks later, repaired unit is returned back to me – totally free of charge. However, box is damaged and further inspection reveals a snapped extender off the unit. I send them an email and the next day the reply comes – send the unit back and they’ll have a replacement with me by Friday (this was Wednesday). Well, I forget to send the unit but they keep their promise and send me a brand new boxed version Friday morning.
Fantastic customer service, superior products and a loyalty to its fanbase like no other company I’ve ever dealt with. If you need headphones, Sennheiser are the future!
