Key hole surgery is painfull, although they assured me it wasn&#039;t. They scrapped some white stuff off the back of one ofmy knee caps.....never again! lol

I feel for you with shoulder pain, i have no rotatorcuff muscles left in my right shoulder - regular trips to the gym to keep the other muscles stronger to hold it all in place and alls good
