BBQ with some special Turkish stuffs

Helim (halloumi) is a fantastic addition to any BBQ. Not least because of its relatively neutral taste, but also because of its unique texture that goes so well with freshly sliced tomatoes and some sucuk (spicy sausage seen in pics) which is very heavy on garlic, herbs and spices – imagine a chorizo but made with beef and some Mediterranean flair.

Yes. those lamb chops were as incredible as they look.
